Player and Guest Fees: The Player Fee is $230 US Dollars (hereafter US$) for those teams who prepay at least 10 players by July 1st, and $250 US$ per player for those teams who do not prepay at least 10 players by July 1st. This year’s Player Fee is the same as last year’s Denver tournament. There is no charge for guests to enjoy the hospitality room on Friday and Saturday nights. The cost to eat lunch at the diamonds Saturday and Sunday with the players and to attend the Sunday Night Dinner Banquet is $75 US$ for each Adult Guest and $50 US$ for each Child Guest under age 18.
Team Registration and Team Deposit: Managers of returning and new teams may register their teams online beginning June 1, 2019. Returning teams who played last year in Denver are guaranteed a spot in this year’s tournament provided the manager registers their team online and we receive their team’s Player Fee deposit of at least $1,250 US$ by July 15th. To secure the early registration Player Fee rate of $230 US$, teams must mail their check with a postmark no later than July 1st for at least $2,300 US$.
Once we reach 12 teams who have registered and paid their required deposit, we will only be adding two teams at a time. In other words, if a 13th team registers and pays its deposit, that team will be on a waiting list. The 13th team will be given a tournament berth if a 14th team registers and pays their fee, or if one of the first 12 teams that registered and paid withdraws. The maximum number of teams we have room for is 16.
